1. Introduction
At PNSL, we strive to provide high-quality herbal and natural cosmetic products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • An unpacking video and image of the damaged or defective product are required as proof.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories or inserts.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used products.
  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.
  • Items purchased during promotions or clearance sales are not eligible for return.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on returning the product.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may opt for a replacement instead of a refund.
  • The replacement process follows the same guidelines as returns.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
