2. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- An unpacking video and image of the damaged or defective product are required as proof.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories or inserts.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used products.
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.
- Items purchased during promotions or clearance sales are not eligible for return.
4. Refund Process
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on returning the product.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Replacement Policy
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may opt for a replacement instead of a refund.
- The replacement process follows the same guidelines as returns.
6. Cancellation Policy
